A team of operations managers execute a regular client liaison plan through-out the term of the agreement.

They will plan, organise and control their portfolio of accounts to ensure we keep the account for its entire duration and never lose business to service related issues.
 

Every assignment has written “Assignment Instructions” agreed with the client in advance of the commencement date of the service.
 

Alamo can advise on matters pertaining to the Heath & Safety Legislation currently in force if the client requires or our system is such that we can implement your own policies into our own Assignment Instructions. Our managers carry out regular risk assessments for our staff on the clients site.
 

Alamo works closely with others that supply technical services, such as alarms, access control systems, CCTV, Barriers, physical security measures, locksmiths and computer based systems to support the manned guarding. We can put you in touch with a colleague if you need advice on such measures.

THE EXPERIENCE TO DELIVER 

Prior to the submission of our quotation Alamo will carry out a security survey to ensure that we can meet your requirements, which is free of charge and performed by experts.

Apart from their total 60 years experience in the manned guarding field of operations they also hold the relevant qualifications in aspiring to man management techniques, Health & Safety competency including Risk Assessment compilation, rostering, disciplinary codes of practise, train the trainers, leadership by example and NVQ Assessors.

Our insurances Policies include cover for Employers Liability at £10M, Public Liability at £5M, Efficacy & Contractual at £1M, Loss of keys at £25000, False Arrest at £25000, Financial loss at £1M. The list is not exhaustive. These can be extended if required
