All of our employees must be licensed in accordance with "The Private Security Act". We are also an "Approved Contractor" under the SIA rules.

Often we have vacancies for suitable qualified applicants. Qualifications include the basic training for Security Officers and conflict management courses.

Training courses are widely available. You have to hold the appropriate certificates before you can apply for an SIA license.

We also need to vet you within a stipulated period of the last 10 years. BS7858. This includes our confirming your work history over that period and taking up personal references.

If we cannot achieve this we will not be able to offer anybody employment.
