Mobile Patrol
SECURITY ON THE MOVE
The mobile patrol service is designed to visit the clients premises on a regular basis at staggered times to avoid a pattern developing.
This service checks continuing areas of risk when staff are not normally working, however it can check staff that are working for their well-being especially if they are working alone, “Lone Worker Act” current Health & Safety Legislation.
The officers are trained the SITO standards, vetted in accordance with BS 7858 and will be licensed from 2005 in accordance with the Private Security Act.
CHECKING ALL THE SIGNS
Our staff will check the premises for signs of fire, or the prevention of fire, flood, switching off water supply when there are leaks to prevent further damage, wasted electrical circuits that are on, assuming these should be turned off, rubbish in areas likely to cause infestation, blocked fire exits, signs of criminal activity, or intruders on the site any anything untoward that may have occurred.
Incident reports will be submitted detailing the actions taken to prevent further waste, damage or further crime. They will also notify your nominated customer contact if further work needs to be carried out if an incident may affect the clients ability to continue their operation the next working day. The static service can be used to support the mobile visits if required.
AND THAT'S NOT ALL...
We can also provide for pre-determined locking and opening of the premises to avoid relying on staff to arrive on time. The officer will visit, lock down the premises and re-open the next day.
Alamo can visit empty/void premises to ensure decay has not set in and there is no damage from fire or burst water pipes especially during the winter months. Alamo can also arrange to show visitors or potential buyers around empty premises on behalf of the vendor or allow entry to people that need to gain entry on a regular basis. It can also be a requirement of the property insurance to visit an unoccupied premises on a regular basis.
IT'S NOT ONLY BUILDINGS...
This service can also be used to check open areas such as parks and check perimeter fencing is intact.
The mobile service is a shared service between a number of clients on a particular route within an area, making it a cost effective option to that of a static guard. All the vehicles used are liveried in the company emblem adding to the deterrent factor of any would be assailant to the premises. Alamo will also add warning signs around the premises as part of the service.
